His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Emir of the country, sent a telegram of condolence to both his brother Dr. Barham Salih, President of the sisterly Republic of Iraq, and the Prime Minister, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, on the victims of the Ibn Al-Khatib Hospital fire south of the capital Baghdad, wishing the injured Speedy recovery.
