QRC provides field hospital for quake-hit people in Nepal
Doha – A TEAM of Qatar Red Crescent’s (QRC) 20 professionals and volunteers left Doha on Monday for Kathmandu to implement quick assessment of damages inflicted by the devastating earthquake that hit Nepal on Saturday.
The relief team will also distribute shipments of emergency relief materials that include food packages, hygiene kits, sheltering materials, tarpaulin sheets and medical supplies.
QRC team will also setup a field hospital that was shipped to Katmandu on Monday as well as a water and sanitation system to provide water supplies to the affected populations.
