1st contract of mega housing project for workers signed
The first contract for a mega accommodation project which will house 179,000 migrant workers in seven locations across the country was signed in the presence of Prime Minister and Minister of Interior HE Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa al Thani on Thursday.
The first accommodation centre, which will come up at Umm Salal Mohammed, will house around 24,000 migrant workers.
