Qatar and Vietnam signed, in Doha, yesterday the work minutes of the implementation of the co-operation agreement on preventing and combating transnational crimes, which also included a number of other aspects of co-operation in the security fields and issues related to strengthening security co-operation. The minutes were signed by Director General of Public Security HE Staff Major General Saad bin Jassim al-Khulaifi, and the Minister of Public Security of Vietnam General To Lam.
