Mowasalat has introduced new buses for long-distance intercity services with additional facilities to make the journey more comfortable and luxurious. New intercity buses were introduced on certain routes early in February.
The move is part of Mowasalat’s continued efforts to enhance customer experience and make public transport more attractive with greater reach, accessibility, reliability and travel comfort.
“The new vehicles have additional features, including adjustable luxury seats with armrests, separate luggage facilities, bus stop announcements and display for safety and security, that will enhance the experience for our passengers,” Mowasalat said in a statement. However, there is no scope of passengers travelling in a standing position.
