The Amiri Air Force received at Dukhan Air Base the 12th Qatari-British Joint Squadron of Typhoon aircraft.
The arrival of the planes comes within the framework of cooperation between the Qatari and British sides to secure the skies during the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, which will be held next November.
It is noteworthy that the 12th Joint Squadron was established on the 24th of July 2018, with the aim of enhancing cooperation between the Emiri Air Force and the British Royal Air Force.
The reception was attended by a number of Emiri Air Force officers.
