A cinema in Tehran showing the World Cup game against Morocco has sold out with fans eager to see their national team compete at the highest level.
Morocco‘s last-minute own-goal that gave Iran their victory may not have been football at it’s most glorious, but Iran’s passionate fans gathered to watch and celebrate their team’s fortunes at the 2018 World Cup.
Al Jazeera’s Zein Basravi joined them for the game in Iran’s capital Tehran.
