FM discusses bilateral ties with Bahraini leaders, BAHRAIN’S King Hamad bin Isa al Khalifa met Qatar’s Foreign Minister HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman al Thani in Manama on Wednesday.
The FM conveyed the greetings of the Emir His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al Thani to the King of Bahrain and HH the Emir’s best wishes of further progress and prosperity for the Bahraini people.
For his part, the King of Bahrain entrusted the FM with his thanks and greetings to HH the Emir and his wishes of more development and prosperity for the Qatari people.
Talks during the meeting dealt with the existing bilateral relations between the two countries and means of enhancing them, in addition to a number of issues of common interest. The meeting was attended by Prince Salman bin Hamad al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, and a number of ministers, along with members of the delegation accompanying the minister.
