H H the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani arrived this evening in Kigali to participate in the twenty-sixth meeting of Commonwealth Heads of Government in the friendly Republic of Rwanda.
Upon his arrival, His Highness and the accompanying delegation at Kigali International Airport were received by Dr. Vincent Perrotta, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Misfir Faisal Al Shahwani, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Rwanda, and members of the Qatari Embassy.
His Highness the Amir is accompanied by an official delegation.
