Ooredoo has extended its retail network with the opening of a new Ooredoo Express shop at Ezdan Mall in Al Wakrah. Customers will now have yet another way of getting in touch with Ooredoo to meet their service requirements.
The new Express shop will offer all services, including the signing up for new plans, recharging, subscribing to home services, and accessing Ooredoo tv, among others. Opening hours for the new Express shop will be from 9.30am-10pm, Saturday through Thursday, and from 9.30am-11.30am, and then 1.30pm-10pm on Fridays.
Manar Khalifa al-Muraikhi, director, PR and Corporate Communications at Ooredoo, said: “Our Express stores provide a conveniently local outlet for customers to visit us, while still allowing them to access all the products and services they expect from our regular retail shops. We’re delighted to add Ezdan Mall to our Ooredoo Express network and look forward to meeting customers there very soon.”
