The Qatar Stock Exchange index started today’s trading with a slight decline of 0.06 percent, to lose 6.78 points from its balance and drop to the level of 11919 points, compared to the end of trading yesterday (Wednesday), despite the positive performance of five sectors.

Qatar Stock Exchange data showed an increase in the performance of the consumer goods and services sector by 0.87 percent, the telecommunications sector by 0.65 percent, the industry sector by 0.54 percent, the transport sector by 0.32 percent, and the real estate sector by 0.05 percent. On the other hand, the banking and financial services sector decreased by 1.99 percent. percent and the insurance sector by 0.21 percent.
The Qatari Stock Exchange recorded, at around 10:00 am today, transactions worth 82.972 million riyals, distributed to 40.333 million shares, with the implementation of 2345 transactions.
