The Qatar Armed Forces concluded participation in the Khaan Quest 2019 military exercise, which lasted for 15 days in Mongolia.
The exercise is one of the most important military drills aimed at qualifying all participant officers and personnel on peacekeeping operations. The exercise witnessed the participation of 47 countries.
Mongolia’s Minister of Defence Nyamaagiin Enkhbold, Military Police Commander Brigadier General Mohamed Meshi al-Ahbabi, co-operation committee chairman Brigadier General Mohamed Hassan al-Thawadi, and a number of senior officers and guests from brotherly and friendly countries
attended the closing ceremony.
Military Police Commander Brigadier General Mohamed Meshi al-Ahbabi met minister Enkhbold, and Chief of the General Staff of the Mongolian Armed Forces Major General
Ayush Ganbat.
During the two meetings, they discussed the co-operation between the Qatar Armed Forces and the armed forces of Mongolia.
