As many as 658,093 people passed through Abu Samra land border post during the recent spring holidays, it was announced on Wednesday.
The festivities and entertainment programmes in Qatar during the Spring season witnessed a wide range of GCC citizens and residents visiting the country through the post, as reported of Gulf Times.
Major Jamal Shahin al-Mannai, the vice-president of the Permanent Committee for the Management of Abu Samra Border Port, explained that a total of 331,407 individuals left the country through the land border post,
although only 326,686 people entered the country through Abu Samra between January 10 and February 5.
